On Average, how long it take for LPP to be completed once background check got completed ? I am Oct'2021 application, Test in July'22, and just got background check completed.

Do you have family application? As same thing happened in my case too, i also got ghost update , but my wife's application actually got changed to background completed. Seems like in case of family application, both applicants get ghost update, even in case there is actual update on only in one...

If you dont even have test yet, try calling IRCC and let them know that you didnt have test yet, they will send you test invite.
