Just applied for GCMS notes via a third party. However, got an email asking for permission to request CBSA NOTES instead of IRCC GCMS, due to delays. Shall I go for CBSA Notes? does it make any difference?

Can you elaborate, what update do you receive on email? And my guess is you get a bad gateway when you login to you PR application account. Is that correct?

For me no email. Logged in to check my application an update profile showed up under current status and after clicking on check my application status, it took some time to open and it showed a bad gateway. Logged out logged in profile back to submitted and i was able to check my application as usual with no changes.

Where are you ordering the notes from? There shouldn't be much difference. You just get non retracted security details with the CBSA notes.

NO, We are all waiting for the security step which a lot of applicants are complaining about the slow speed to start and finish this step.

Hi, has anyone sent webform to ask about progress details before? I sent a webform about 2 weeks ago, and I received the reply yesterday. I asked about "which visa office is processing my case?" and background details. However, the agent refused to tell me about my VO, and the reply only confirms my application is still in progress. No details included, such as eligibility, background, security share etc. Should I be worried about it? Is it normal that they don't provide this kind of detail in webform reply?
