I checked my profile today and saw an update on my profile. I see that my application is approved but I did not receive any email or I don't see a link to my COPR document. Could someone help me understand what I should be doing?

My timeline: CEC inland
1. AOR - Oct 19
2. MEP - Oct 28
3. COPR status update - Jan 28

If you company does not provide work reference letter with job duties, you have to provide the same from a colleague, former or current, a supervisor or anyone who is aware of your work.
Providing job duties is essential.

PNP and IRCC's procedures are different. PNP works as per the Provincial Laws, where as IRCC works in accordance with IRPA and IRPR.

Actually I applied through agent but my agent told me don't worry. I will apply GCMS notes to understand the reason behind of review required. Thanks for your reply. @legalfalcon @EropbI4

Not required, when IRCC does its FOSS (Field Operations Support System) check, they are aware of all your status and visas issued. So there is no need to inform them that your BOWP is issued or approved.

Hi Guys, i sent an email to cpc-ctd-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca enquiring my visa office from couple of days, today i received an email entitled "we need something from you to continue processing your application" logged in I found a request letter stating my visa office is CPC OTTAWA, and that's it.
My status says " your action is required" and in the application details "

• We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details

Any idea guys what shall i do or i just wait?

See the document as to what additional documents have been asked. The ADR has nothing to do with the email you sent. If there is no document for the ADR, just wait for 24-48 hours and if you still do not see anything, send a webform.
