In a way, yes. When you say EG pass means 90% to PR, sometimes EG says passed but it still needs to be reviewed by an officer, is this why you say 90% cz there is still 10% chance of refusal?

Thanks, and when EG is conclusively passed by Officer, it means 100% to PR or still there is chance of refusal during security stage or PPR stage? In a way, yes.
It’s always a chance. Your eligibility is just a part of application. Thanks, and when EG is conclusively passed by Officer, it means 100% to PR or still there is chance of refusal during security stage or PPR stage?
Dear you mean you provided no evidence of your duties at all ? Or those were provided but in other format than Reference letter? Also is it the case for your current position or a previous position you held?I have just called IRCC and the agent told me that my eligibility was "Review required". Could anyone advice me any action I need to take to prevent rejection?
My AOR: 22Oct20
Stream: PNP Outland
I understood what's the problems, it's because my company could not issue a reference letter with job duties. During the PNP stage, the officer also questioned about my job duties and sent me a Procedural Fairness letter. I provided LoE and supporting documents such as the company email between my working partners as evidence and finally my PNP was approved.
And I provided the same set of documents for my PR application. I am worrying now that my PR application would be rejected due to no job duties in my reference letter. What can I do right now? @legalfalcon, can you advise me?
Hypothetically, what if someone answers "Yes" to having been refused visa but forgets to disclose all countries. Like, for example... they disclosed Australia but forgot to mention Germany. How much will this affect immigration?Did you answered YES to statutory questions?

Have you seen any GUs? If not then your SS might not have started as SS is only started after eligibility passed. Also, ADR looks like its clearly for eligibility as its settlement funds related. You might have been on Review Required for settlement funds and the officer is just having a look at it, hence , ADR. Also, BGC (criminality) "in progress" is usually done concurrently with eligibility. Your best bet is GCMS notes.Hello everybody,
I have received an ADR from LVO of Rabat about some transactions in my bank account.
is it for eligibility of security screening ?
My stats are :
AOR: 2 Oct
MEP: 19 Nov
Biometrics : 25 Nov
I suppose my application is IP1 as my BGC is “in progress” after being “we’re processing” since AOR.
Firstly, not getting updates doesnt = delay in application. I had a similar issue with passport and I got a new one, uploaded it via webform and got acknowledgement about 4 weeks after.Hi everyone, my AOR was Oct 19 without many updates after so it looks like it'll be a few months before I get a decision. My issue is that the passport I had included in my application would nearly have expired by then. I've applied for a new one and I have a couple of questions.
* Do I need to let them know that I have a new passport as soon as I get it? If yes, how do I go about doing that?
* Does this affect the process or timeline in anyway?
@legalfalcon and other experts, I'd appreciate if you had any inputs on this. Thanks!
Great, thanks! To confirm, is this the link to the webform? https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx If not, could you please share the link? And what exactly did you send over - a pdf of the first and last pages of the new passport? Anything else you included in it? Thanks again!Firstly, not getting updates doesnt = delay in application. When you get a new passport, upload it via webform.
No it doesn't affect your timeline, in my humble opinion.
Yes this is the correct link. Make sure to select "permeant residence (applied online)". I just uploaded a PDF version of the first page of the new passport and explained that this is my new passport as the old one is about to expire. You're welcome.Great, thanks! I work in banking industry, it's my company policy that only standard format of reference letter could be issued, i.e. no job duties included. So, I provided my reference letter without job duties. I provided self explanation letter, supporting documents such as email copies between my working partner to prove my job duties which is same set of documents when I applied PNP. It's my previous position because I have changed to another position within same company recently.Dear you mean you provided no evidence of your duties at all ? Or those were provided but in other format than Reference letter? Also is it the case for your current position or a previous position you held?
Also if you don't mind, at what stage are you ? Did you get your MEPs and BIL ?
Thx
