Absolutely. Zero downsides to having a fresh PCC in hand, irrespective of whether they are gonna ask or not.So should I continue with the process of PCC??? I have booked an appointment for 4th April. (couldn't get anything prior to that)

Yeah, no rhyme or reason, but what can you do. It's natural to be miffed a little if the order seems random, because then it would imply that every time someone else gets a PPR, the probability of you landing this year will decrease a little bit (since there are limited spots for FSW landings this year).Am I the only one who dies inside just a little bit whenever I see an AOR 2021 that gets ppr?
I am happy for them though
Sure! I sent my photos with US passport dimensions in the original package and I realised it and sent another package with correct photos with stamp on the back where the photo was taken, my name and dob written too on March 21st that got delivered to the VAC on March 23rd.My passport was delivered on Mar 17 and I got a notification from CVAC NY mentioning that they received my courier package. Let's keep each other updated?
I wouldn't worry about it. I have seen instances where people's biometrics were not updated as completed even after receiving COPR, so it is not very reliable. Maybe a glitch or the officer accidentally updated the wrong date.Hi everyone!
Just got a GU, my Biometrics has finally changed to 'completed'.
However, there's an issue:
The date of Biometrics Enrolment is December 1, 2020.
BUT
The date my biometrics turned to "completed" is October 15, 2020 (The date of my AOR) .
How could I pass the biometrics before having my fingerprints taken in a biometrics collection center?
Is it an illogical inconsistencу of the dates?
Should I send a web form to IRCC to raise their attention to the mistake an officer made?
Maybe @legalfalcon could clarify this?

Thank you sir. Most likely it's an input error. You can send a webform, if you would like to, but would not make a difference.
Just for my understanding , your biometric was conducted in 2020 but in 2022 it finally reflected on the portal ? My case is also same my biometrics was performed in 2020 still on the portal the message is biometrics pending. I called IRCC and they confirmed that my biometric number is updated on the file and they can see the same. Wondering if you also had similar issue.Hi everyone!

Exactly I am also in same boat since Nov. 2020. Biometrics is updated as "we have not received your fingerprints. Check the message with further instructions" not sure how many webforms I have sent on this topic. They have confirmed that they have my biometrics information but on portal things are not changing. It's refreshing to know these things are now updating. Honestly it's been too log of a wait that I have lost it completely.Hi Holy Cow!
Yeah. my biometric was conducted in 2020, and my biometric number appeared on my profile web page the same day. However, since 2020 and until yesterday, the biometric status was: "we have not received your fingerprints. Check the message with further instructions".
Since 2020 I had only one successful call to IRCC, but an agen couldn't clarify why the biometrics status hadn't been updated. Since 2020, I sent numerous inquiries via the web form, but none of them were responded with any useful info.
Exactly the same situation. Remedicals done on 07th Mar, sent the information sheets through webforms the next day. When I checked the profile after a week today, saw a ghost update with yesterday's date but no update on profile/medicals.Ghost update means you see "Application/Profile updated" status when you log in, but when you check the full application status, you will see no updates. You may or may not receive an email saying your profile has been updated. This usually means someone has looked at your application. Usually a ghost update, this late in the process, is followed by a proper update (like Meds passed) or ADR or in some cases even PPR. But I have received none of those yet. I'm just happy someone might have touched my application after 15 months.
