Hi, I got a Schedule A(IMM 5669) today.

At the time of filling the application and getting an ITA I was employed with a different company than I am with now, that change will be reflected in the Schedule A.

Should I send a web form updating them of the change in employer/position before I send in the Schedule A ? (I have not updated anything yet)

No, just send the updated Schedule A. That's the reason it is asked for, to provide latest information about your situation.

- BG was "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." from start.
BIL - exempted (valid till 2029)
MEP - November 25 2020.
IP1 - December 18 2020.
- Changed from "We are processing your bg check" to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."
GCMS (Requested) - March 6 2021.
Address change Webform - May 03 2021.
Address change accepted email - May 11 2021.
Medicals Expired - October 2021.
Upfront Medicals - February 2 2022.
Medicals webform - February 2 2022.
Address change webform - February 11 2022.
Sent email to Ottawa VO - February 24 2022.
Address change/upfront medical upload in new web form - March 1 2022. (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application).
Received confirmation for Upfront Medicals - March 10 2022.
MEP - March 15 2022.
IP2 - March 16 2022.
- Changed from "Your application is in progress." to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information"

Sent passport to NY CVAC - March 17 2022.

My passport was delivered on Mar 17 and I got a notification from CVAC NY mentioning that they received my courier package. Let's keep each other updated?

Did they just ask for Schedule A or are they looking for new PCC as well, I got email requesting both in my case

Hello guys. Yesterday I submitted a webform to Paris VO asking them for some information regarding my application. They responded me that my application is at Ottawa VO and I can contact them directly. Do someone know what this means? Is Ottawa taking applications from other VO or this can be the final part? Since now I didn't have any updates in portal or any ADR request. Thank you!

Upfront medical done yesterday as per the appointment. They have given the information sheet. Since it is the weekend, I feel I should raise the web form to share it on Monday and also send it across those emails for Vo Ottawa and CPC.
The medical centre staff said it would take 7-12 days to update reports in e medical.

Yay I am happy my upfront medical is acknowledged but just for everyone's information:
1. I did not get any email or update of change of this status. It was a random check I did and got the surprise.
2. They have not asked for any other documents yet. Neither in the portal account nor on mail. Feeling blank
3. It also means VO Ottawa in not sleeping !!

So should I continue with the process of PCC??? I have booked an appointment for 4th April. (couldn't get anything prior to that)

I believe you should get the PCC and April 4th is fine. Even if you get ADR for PCC you'll still have sufficient time to get your document and upload it before the deadline. These days the major issue in India is getting an appointment within a month and that is already sorted for you.
