I'm in a bit of a situation here. I did my upfront medicals yesterday, and today I received a letter in my portal requesting for a medical exam. What do I do here? Please any help would count!

Contact the hospital/physician and ask them to link the upfront medicals with the new IME/UMI number. Otherwise raise webform + mail VO about this situation, it'll get approved don't worry.

Me too I requested notes on 15 November. After a month I received maximum of 45 days extension which means I shall receive them by end of January 2022. I sent CBSA several emails without any response!
Who has an idea if it’s because CBSA are busy or I am in SS ?

Hi. Can you please tell the upfront medical process.

Just go to the medical center with your passport and previous medical information sheet, that will do it. After the upfront remedical, the medical center will give you a medical information sheet which you have to upload via the webform to their website. In the webform write that you have done upfront remedical to support your application for further processing and request them to update your medical status

Congratulations! I also submitted the upfront medical on March 8th. When you say ghost update, what does it mean? Any changes in you GCC key account or did you receive emails regarding changes been done to your application?

Ghost update means you see "Application/Profile updated" status when you log in, but when you check the full application status, you will see no updates. You may or may not receive an email saying your profile has been updated. This usually means someone has looked at your application. Usually a ghost update, this late in the process, is followed by a proper update (like Meds passed) or ADR or in some cases even PPR. But I have received none of those yet. I'm just happy someone might have touched my application after 15 months.
