Hello. sorry to hear about your bro in law can you please share if your bro in law was working and did you show his tax returns from last 2 years ? any idea why the visa officer would reject his application and if you don't mind what was your bro in law age ?

Biometric from previous app but no confirmation oct 25 (just showing the biometric in his account)
Review eligibility oct 28
Until now no update im nervous noand worried
1st application refused because of
No travel history
Employment situation - just start new job
Personal asset and financial status - 1000$Cad for 2weeks visit
5months we tried again
Traveled to taiwan,SingaporeSingapore and malaysia
Updated employment letter
4000$ cad for 2weeks (baptism of niece godparent)
Will accompany my mom who got visitor visa last year because of pregnancy
