We have a representative so we cant link our application ourselves. The lawyer did it for us. Maybe others can help.
You know how they only give you 5 tries per day to try to link it, and on the 5th try, it locks you out for 24 hours? Well I saw someone on another thread who created several different GCKey accounts so that they could maximize their attempts at linking it. Then once they finally linked it, they just deleted the extra GCKey accounts. It's a bit extra work, but you could try it, and that way you'd have more chances per day to try different info combinations to link it. Good luck!
