No. This is notification of file transfer. You aor2 will be noted in ecas as "we started processing your application on xx-xx-xxxx" on the pa side
That is what is says initially but actually it is "skippable" when your application is there to be linked.. I did not enter any passport info when linking my pr application to my MyCIC account.

We have a representative so we cant link our application ourselves. The lawyer did it for us. Maybe others can help.
You know how they only give you 5 tries per day to try to link it, and on the 5th try, it locks you out for 24 hours? Well I saw someone on another thread who created several different GCKey accounts so that they could maximize their attempts at linking it. Then once they finally linked it, they just deleted the extra GCKey accounts. It's a bit extra work, but you could try it, and that way you'd have more chances per day to try different info combinations to link it. Good luck!
Wow thats quick! I am october 27th applicant. Submitted everything and no response yet. Not even the final sponsor approval letter
