Does anyone see "Decision Made" on their Application Status

CIC website shows:​

Sponsorship and Eligibility Status Determined​

We have made a decision on your sponsorship application. We will inform you in writing of the decision.

Application Forwarded to Visa Office​

We have forwarded your application to the Visa Office for final processing. Quebec residents please see the relevant diagram.

Sponsor Advised of Decision Made​

We will inform you in writing of the decision made on your sponsorship application. We will send you a Permanent Resident Kit that you will need to forward to the family class relative you are sponsoring.


I received a letter stating that I am eligible and the Application was mailed to the VO...But mine still shows in process...am I reading this wrong?

Yep, so you were approved as a sponsor. Now your application is forwarded to the appropriate VO where they will continue assessing it.

URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE.

My husband was approved to sponsor me around a month ago and everything amended on ECAS, however 2 weeks ago we had an email saying they are refunding us $75- no reason as to why. Today I have just logged onto ecas and it now just says they received the application nothing about him being approved?

We paid $550 fees in total.

Please help, we are so confused and upset!

ecas has been wonky for the last week or so. all of our lines dissapeared and lots of other peoples as well.
As for the refund I'm not sure.

That's discouraging. I'm guessing you're also an American. I see your AOR took a while too. My app was received on 11-30 and we got AOR on 12-9.

yeah, and we missed a document that they requested, they've had it for about 3 weeks and i've called but the lady just says wait.
