When your application number changes from the XF000 to F000, you can take that as your AOR1. When ours did, we got the official AOR email the day after. If you don't get an email soon, call them to make sure they have the right email on file. On my September thread, we've seen so many different scenarios of why people didn't get email, even though they have a permanent application number (F000). Also, our AOR came to my husband's email (applicant), but was addressed to me (sponsor). So also check every email you provided on your application, regardless of who's it is. Good luck :)

Okay thank you. We will call monday. Are there usually updates or email sent on the weeknds?

Dears I am seeking any information regarding check list and photo requirements for my out land spousal sponsorship
I did complete the the entire sponsorship package and I am just about to ship them via DHL Sunday Nov 06 2016

But Prior to that I have a couple of questions below:

1- I made two copies of the check list IMM 5491 form and ticked the items that relates to the sponsor in sponsor package and ticked the items in sponsored IMM 5491 form in sponsored package, is this how I should be doing it?

2- They did ask for two photos of the sponsored and each family member in the region specific for Iraq . I did only include two photos of the sponsored, is this how it should be done?
since me as a sponsor and our two children are holders of Canadian Citizen ships and passports.

Any support would highly be appreciated
:D

I included two photos of everyone: wife (applicant), myself (sponsor), and our daughter (Canadian) just to be sure.

Just got our SA email last night! Sent to Ottawa :D

It will be sent to the relevant place.

In that case, I'm leaving Australia permanently (where I applied from) in a week and will be living in another country. I wonder if my app will still be sent back to the original country (Aus) or sent to the new country I will be in?

It doesn't really matter where you apply "from". The application will go to the VO that processes applications from the applicant's country of citizenship, or residency.
Example: My husband is from Guatemala, therefore his application is being processed in the VO in Mexico City. Even if we mailed it from Rome, it would still go to Mexico City, because that is where he has citizenship... Makes sense?
