Ha ha ha my friend I'm trying to stay postive here, I actually called CIC today
Started off to the rep with... "hello happy new year to you and how are you today" lol( seeing that I call everyday and it's on file )
Apparently they touched my file on December 16/15 and she reassured me that all is good, but couldn't give me any indications of when i would receive my SA - she also stated that i had lots and lots of documents, etc. that we submitted ( not sure what she was getting at) I know many people submitted lots of stuff too. I pretty much told myself "ok so I have lots of stuff maybe it's just taking more time to go through ..... Trying to reassure myself too- but I know that's not it

I also submitted an additional revision to a particular form and not sure if that could be the delay, it wasnt nothing major, pretty much I informed them to allow my husband's (PR) file to go to VO if denied as his sponsor (I did this when I received my AOR on December 5th and they received it december 8th).

Initially i checked of the wrong box on that particular form and knew it needed correction once i was given a UCI number.

So dont know my friend, again just hear waiting for water to boil!!

I will keep my October family in the loop and I appreciate all of you, thanks Tracy64ca for your thinking of me and thank you my October team for staying postive with me

Wooooow it is a good thing!! You know your case could take longer than others but if she told you that all is ok, you are going to have your SA very soon then.

I tried calling cic today three times i was not able to reach agent only heard the recording that we are busy sory we cant connectu rightnow.
I dont know if all of there staff is busy hoping to get SA this week

I finally got a piece of mail from CIC. Turns out that we had to fill out an IMM0008DEP even though my hubby's son is not immigrating to Canada. Who knew! So we've filled it out, sent it off and we're back to the waiting game. Hopefully that will be all they need and we'll get SA not to far down the road. He has to head back to the US in a couple of weeks and I won't see him again until April. Booooo!

Just talked with an agent he said i passed eligiblity it means Sa
He said you will be recieving correnspodence in a week or two about you SA

I honestly believe my hold up is do to a investigation on my ex husband. You see guys i sponsored 16 years ago so it looks like they are checking me out real hard for eligibility
