Please i Need help here, i just checked my ecas and i c 3 lines for me the sponsor and 3 lines for applicant pr all Still showing in process for Both. Before ecas Would show just 2lines for applicant pr but today i see they updated to add when they started processing pr application Which shows dec 31 while sponsor processing is 9th december. Y the 2 différent dates i dont understand. All showed in process two weeks ago only for dem to show the 3rd Line on pr status that They started processing 31 dec.
I have not received SA what the heck is going on.
Some one please help explain to me this im dying out of frustration.

This is good news for you my friend - once you see three lines your good !!!

Your Ecas is now showing ......"PR in process". My friend, that's means your file is transferred to VO and your SA is next - don't be frustrated be happy

I still havnt heard anything since I got AOR on December 5th, 2015- ridiculous !!!

So new update from my side!

Previously I had 2 lines in the sponsor section and 2 lines in the PR side. The Sponsor section said in process and the PR said had application received.

Now both sections say in process but nothing new was added in the PR side.

Anyone knows what this could mean?

Well I think this too is a good sign - because if the sponsor side shows three lines and not two anymore that is pretty much indicating " the PR is now in process" and your SA is actually around the corner.

They just havnt updated the PR side yet because they are inconsistent !!! And don't be surprise if you getbyiur SA first and it's still not updated.

I got a third line on ecas for the sponsored before it was ''in process'' with app received on .... and medical result received and yesterday I notice the third line ''we started processing your app on december 29th. From what I read on ''old in process vs new in process on ecas'' thread that would mean that we are already passed eligibility. Seems too quick too me.
What your opinion pls?

I would assume you already passed eligibility if your file was already transferred (according to your timeline on the left) ??? -

3 line is always a good sign .

I Also have the same date and status but for get elegibility they have to revise the check police and medical exams, I think is quick for this. Too quick! I didnt get AOR2 but ecas update the second line in PR application.

With all changes this is more confused haha...

I also read the topic "old in process vs new in process on ecas" and I think that same as all process, when something change, the transition use to have mistakes and it is not going to be same for all VO!

Could be good or bad but we just should wait to know how is going to work for us.

For my understanding elegibility it's just about if cic believe our relation with your husband or wife is genuine or not if yes they go on security ground with police and background check and medical result. But I can be wrong But i'm sure the third line it's not bad, at least they working on it and yep we have no choice but waiting...

Yes! You are right. If what the topic says is true, we are not going to take the interview and they are going to start to review security and medical results.

It seems very good for us.

thanks for the positive note. I received AOR Dec 18 2015 and haven't heard anything since...and ecas is still the same--in process/App received. Let me know if you get any updates from the Cairo office. I'm curious to see if they'll actually take 17 months! lol

Wow finally I meet someone on here that has the same VO I thought am all by myself. glad that you are here May.Egy from couple of friends I was told that it should only take about 6-8 months !! donno if that has changed now, since I got my SA I haven't seen any change on ecas it is not showing even that the file has been transferred although they said it was in the SA email. I will keep you posted and you too let me know how it goes with you .. Cheers
