Hi I submitted my application in october and I did not fill the 'use of representative' form, my immigration consultant told me , that this document was not to be sent .
Now I'm really worried

hey guys, Please help me.

I submitted my wife's application 4 weeks ago and it was returned today that I did not fill the 'use of representative' form.

I am not using any representative. Who is to fill this form? As I am her sponsor, should I complete the form as her representative?

Please advise

A month is nothing! I JUST heard back today and it's been almost 9 weeks since I mailed the application.

It is ok if it has been 1 month since you sent your application. You take your time and read this forum since the beginning and you will realize that everything is going well. You will be happy then. You fine... Just patient...

None sad in this forum because since yesterday the game started!

Just wanted to update! Our application was received on October 5th and we received AOR today (Nov. 26) !!!
Can't log into our account yet though...has anyone else tried?
I hope in two weeks we'll get SA and then it's just the long wait from there!

Can you share your your timeline

When exactly in October 2015 did you send your application to CIC Mississauga and I won't worry about the representative form at this time.

As Catherine27 and SassyBee mentioned - we here on the October 2015 thread just got the ball rolling yesterday - Try reading about two to three pages back from this page and you will clearly see what has been going on ( take a good look at the date of submission of the other members is this thread and you will understand why they are now getting their AOR'S, see if you submission date is closet to the member who have already received their AOR'S

Hope this all makes sense now

If you applied the first week of October then any day now you will receive your AOR then your SA - check your email everyday as well as your mailbox (junk mail too )

this tells me there are not a lot of people between oct 2 and oct 5,
good for us... oct applicants will be faster than sept due to low rush

I got it through email.
My email shows time 5:36 am but i never got notification on my phone.

Wishavisa, I updated my info on the spreadsheet and I saw that you are still in white. If you go and add the date of your AOR it will turn you blue.
