My Application received at CIC on November 3rd, 2014 and yet not received my AOR.....


Eagerly waiting to see my AOR as there are many other task should take long time too like vise medical request and going forward background checks and visa / passport request.... It will take around one years time and CIC people are useless this time to keep us waiting such a long period to just provide us file number since they have received our application five months back.... dont know what they are doing hope they are not spending time with their girl friends and keep all of us waiting too long here

Question:
I received noticed for me and my husband (on my e-mail address but 2 seperate e-mails).

On the attached form IMM 1017E - it was pre filled up with our address and name.

My address is correct as I am currently living in Canada.

On my husband form our address in Canada was used, he is currently residing in the Philippines. ( he lives with me in Canada when we submitted our PR application - he went back to Philippines last November 2014, I e-mail CIC to update this, but no reply yet.)

Do I have to ask CIC to give us an updated form, before he can get his medical in Philippines?

2nd question: my daughter was born here in Canada, she is 4 years old, does she needs medical examination too?

I am a MPNP applicant from outside Canada and my PR application arrived at CIO -Syndey on 16 Oct. 2014. But I received no AOR till now . What should I do ? Does someone know how to contact the file intake office to check the status of my case ?
