The timeline has been updated to working on files from Nov3rd but its still 85 days.

Of the Oct applicants who are still waiting for AOR/SA please contact CIC ASAP and they will be able to take action.

I think everyone is still waiting to get AOR from their VO though not all VO provides AOR2

As per to New delhi thread they said they do provide AOR2.. so im not sure if we may get or not who knows they changed it for 2015.

Applied 10/23 and no AOR and no SA

Called CIC and the lady told me that our application is missing Canadian Tax return. They say they sent a letter December 11, which we never got. Why cant they send an email as well? This is ridiculous. We had specifically written in our application that we have just moved from USA and donot have a Canadian tax return so attaching our last year USA tax return.

Now, I have to send them a letter explaining why we donot have a Canadian tax return(Option- C??) and will send the USA tax return again.

In all the confusion on phone, I forgot to ask where to send stuff. Can somebody tell if I should send at the same Mississauga Outland address? Thanks for guidance.

the same thing happened to us. We originally applied Sept. 9th 2014 and they sent us a letter shortly after saying our OPtion-C printout was missing... we sent it right away but they did not process it for 45 days.
They considered our application complete on Nov. 5th, so that "little mistake" delayed our process about two months. It is a setback, but don't worry, just make sure you send them the information missing right away and everything will start rolling again. I know it's hard to be patient, but there is no other way. good luck to all of us.

That sucks! For my own reasons I didn't include tax returns either and like you I explained why. I got SA with no troubles, in fact, I got it faster than most.

That really sucks. I did send the option C print out but my friend didn't want to. He just sent the pay stubs for the last 12 months. Did you send those? Even if they are from US you should still send them to avoid any further questions. My 2 cents.

Its unfortunate, the complete application requires a option-c and it its not avaiable the applicants are required to send a letter explaining why they dont have it.

yes bro, everyone gets AOR2 from new delhi.....rest of the process depends on your luck.

I think you should call CIC anyway, and get you temporary file number, so it will be easier for them to attach your document to your file. without this number I don't know how they can do it, too many applications probably
