Well, we've tried calling them. In the past they used to put you on hold for 45 minutes at the time, now they just hang up on you. So we haven't been able to get in touch.

Try calling right before 8AM and to reach an agent press 2-1-1-0.

So I finally got through using the French option and the agent didn't tell me anything we didn't already know. 'Oh yeah, I see that it's been over the posted processing times'. And then 'maybe they forgot to notify you, I'll send a reminder'. They forgot to notify us??? How fuc&*ng unprofessional

No, apparently I belong to the sub-human category because he said they only release that kind of information to the sponsor. My husband wasn't home when I called, so tough luck.

Well yes, because I'm done with them. We've been dealing with these incompetent monkeys since June last year and my patience ran out a long time ago. I just want the damn thing to get out of that Mississauga black hole.

Miss Representation, I am the sponsor and I called CIC yesterday; the agent could'nt see anything about my file. He said that everything looks good but no SA yet. That I have to wait.And today I received SA.
You know how unhelpful they might be. Just be positive.
I am sure you will hear someting today or tomorrow.
Are you both in Canada?

I hear your frustration, you should get it soon seeing that more October end applicants are getting the SA.
Call and ask them for an update.
