It seems recently a few have been approved rather quickly, right after SA for their PR and it came directly from Mississauga. The SA timeline is increasing daily, makes ya wonder....draxz1289 said:

Also the fact that in the new IMM0008 form they have removed the question as to where you wish to process your file indicates that they might increase the number of applications to be processed in CIC-M.
Also as they are processing the files at CIC-M instead of sending to local visa offices the SA time's have been increasing. But at the same time it is good for people who's files are clearing up rather quickly.
