Ok so Mississauga received our app Oct 18th . . called them today and they are saying its in the system now . . what does this mean? lol
 
My approval date is wrong. I was approved on the 12th (not the 15th, it's not even the 15th Novembet yet haha).

hi sissy..lol i ask my husband yesterday and there is no e-mail yet, still waiting..:) but in your case the e-mail was delayed but your application was already sent to manila last week? :)
 
@Tj777 Sissy, I also check the E-CAS still application received was indicated.

@ dhey sissy yes it stated there that they already forwarded on that same date of our SA.I hope they really did.Your SA is coming too sis wait ka lng maybe it was just delayed.

I think the SA is the easiest step. Seems like they are getting things done fast in Mississauga. The next step is where it seems to test your patience. It looks like an average of 5 to 6 months for the PPR. I hope they would do things faster in Manila.
 
Youre right stage 1 is the fastest part but from what i observed on my readings at manila visa office spreadsheet from 2011 to date, CEM is working really quick after the strike. They are now giving out visas to april aplicants and most of may applicants are asked for their passports already.

@chrislyn sis just want to ask will the manila office will send email regarding if they receive your application?

There are some who got email from CEM, some knew their application was received in manila on ECAS ylthere are applicants whose ECAS status never changed to in process however got ppr and when they checked ECAS their status changed from application received to decission made. Again, these infos are from what i read from various threads in this forum.
