Hi all!
I am a newbie here and the informations are overwhelming, I don't know which thread to go for my questions. But i'm pretty sure if there is a particular topic related to my issue, i'd be directed by the moderator appropriately.
Unlike you guys whose application are already sent, I am still in the process of completing all the documents required and hopefully i'll be able to send it before November ends.
Just to give you a brief background, I am currently working as a TFW in Calgary and my work permit expires on July 2014. I recently got married to a Canadian citizen and although I am qualified to apply under CEC or AINP, I chose the sponsorship as been told that the processing takes a lot faster compared to the rest.
I opted to apply Outland, which means the Manila, Philippines will review my file, and while going through some questions on the checklist, i got confused by the police certificates and clearances requirements. I have already applied for the police certificate in Calgary and i have it already, but someone told me that i should also send the one coming from Manila which comes from NBI. So, does that mean i need to obtain an NBI clearance from Manila and a police certificate from here?
As for the medical certificate, i assume that i can just attach the receipt and information sheet the physician has provided me, since the result will be sent directly to CIC?
I would appreciate any clarification or help or opinion and idea on this concern.
Thank you!
