I got passport request yesterday.

Here are my timelines.

Application Received by CIC: October 4,2012
Aor: November 29,2012
Medical Request,RPRF,Biodata: October 28, 2013
Medicals Done: October 30,2013
Medicals sent to CIC: Don't know when doctor sent to CIC, probably it took two weeks
Medicals Received and status changed to Decision Made: November 18, 2013
Passport Request: November 20,2013

Sorry to hear that. I will say order your gcms notes to see what's holding it up. It might be security and criminality results.

I did order one through the online system which I have done once before but here is the reply I got back.

"Please note that as of now, all Privacy requests must be sent to the ATIP Division in Ottawa, as the local CIC offices are no longer processing requests.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca.".

This lost me. Does anyone know how to contact ATIP Ottawa and division?

I have never had that before. I guess you will need to find the email address for the Ottawa division.

How many fellow Oct applicants are still waiting their medical request? Note I know I can check the spreadsheet just curious how many on the spreadsheet still are using the site after a year.

Not sure how many October applicants are left still waiting for their MR but I've just received mine this week so the system is working.

Here are my timelines:

Application Received by CIC: October 17,2012
AOR: December 5,2012
Email: Request for additional employment detail received on October 29, 2013, reply submitted October 31, 2013.
GCMS Notes: Received October 29, 2013 stating the requirement for this additional employment detail was discoverd on May 28, 2013.
Medical Request,RPRF,Biodata: November 27, 2013
Medicals Scheduled: December 6,2013

Hope that helps if anyone is still waiting for their MR as it seems in my case anyway that it took a considerable amount of time to give notification of a request and shows what affect the strike had on processing times.

finally sent RCMP for my spouse who is never been in Canada..for somehow arranged everything!!

I got reply from CIC that they cannot confirm receipt of my medical result as they have loads of application. I wonder why on earth i will know if the have received it or not if they did not update ecas as well.

Just an update for those that have submitted MR but have not see any update in ecas nor receieved any additional notification from CIC.
