I just got an email from the Case Officer saying he doesn't think I intend to stay out of Quebec since I had my Undergraduate Diploma and Work Experience in Quebec. Funny thing is I've been in Toronto for over a year now, and my address on the Application, and the latest job reflects that. It says I have 30 Days to provide proof. What proof can I get? A letter from my Landlord? Letter from my part time employer? I've also been interviewing for full time positions throughout the year, so I guess I can ask the people that interviewed me for letters as well? I already emailed my lawyer's office, but just want to see what everyone here thinks.

1. Landlord letter (stating how long you have lived there and if you are in good standing).
2. Little things like (phone bills, electricity bills, cable bills).
3. Proof of family/friends living in toronto/ Ontario.
4. Pay stubs
5. Tax information (if you filed your taxes in Ontario)

Pretty much you want to show that even though you have lived in Quebec you love Toronto

Yeah the last time I filed taxes, I was in at my current address, so I can include those. Also I already talked to my roommate and he will talk to the landlord to get a letter. I have lots of bills that would prove my address as well, (cell phone, Home phone, Internet, TV) As for the proof of family and friends? Just a letter from my friend/roommate that I actually live here?

Maybe a letter from your roommate might not be necessary then, but confirm from your lawyer. I was thinking like if you have siblings, aunties, uncles living in toronto that shows an added incentive to live close to 'home'. If you filled your taxes in Toronto last year then I think you should be fine.

I'll also try to get a letter from my Gym Manager stating how long I've been a member, and how often I come in. I'll also include a Toronto star article that I was featured in.

So I got my membership agreement from the gym signed by the manager, and since the gym is high tech, I also got a log of all my visits. I think this is really good proof.

Will talk to my lawyers office today and tell them I've already gathered this much, and ask for what else they would like. I just have a hard time understanding why the officer doesn't think I am living in Toronto. My application address is in Toronto. I even included a pay stub or two from a part time job I was doing before I submitted my application when I first arrived here from Montreal.

Congrats !!

There is no separate PPR for wife. Your PPR will have all details - you and all dependants need to send passports in one package. Read instructions carefully.

May I know visa officer code from the PPR email signature?
