Braveman, I forgot to include my NOC code is 6221.
Also I checked on my cheque (say that ten times quickly). RBC said they couldn't find it, so I'm guessing it's not cashed yet. I'll check again soon.

I think you are good with even 02 NOC category codes. All that matters is that it should fall under the skill category eligible for CEC.
I do see one of the members in this form who has applied under two codes.

Hi All,

I need to know few thing before I submit my PR application in the coming week. I know these are silly questions but do not wanna take chance on it.

1) I know its not mandatory to submit all the pay stubs but still what are your recommendations?
2) Just to be on a safer side should I submit ROE issue by service Canada to show up how many I worked?
3) Do I have to submit all the T4 slips including some of the labour/factory jobs I did for quite a while before holding my post grad work permit? (I showed all the T4's while filling taxes)
4)Does any have generic template for the cover letter that I can present on top of my file.

Your response, time & effort would be greatly appreciated.

Lucky, I would put everything you could into the application. Remember they need proof that you're actually in the country and working. The more proof, the more solid your case is. I included T4, All paystubs (over 40), ROE, University Diploma, University Transcripts, and a letter from the HR department stating how long I was working and what my duties were.

Hey everyone,

Im new here, long story short I got rejected a few months ago :'( based on not having enough hours (although I had them by far! ). Apparently the officer was not satisfied, especially because of the letters. I work hourly, so maybe my case does not apply to all of you. if you work hourly all I can say to people such as lucky is to submit all ROEs, T4s and Letters of Employers, pay-stubs, everything!. Be really careful with the letters, there are actual guidelines if you read the instructions where you need to specify the number of hours worked per week, salary, time of employment, etc... also make sure this letters are written by your direct manager/boss or owner of the company, those are my suggestions. Submit also letters dated and signed as recent as possible (for example, dont send a letter from back in January 2012 if you are actually considering hours after this time). I hope I made sense.

On a personal basis I reapplied with a lawyer to avoid any complications. I will be posting updates.

I just got to know from someone that his application got returned with incomplete status because of Certificate of birth issued by Consulate General of India. That guy told me that have excepted some of the application with certificate of birth and some they just simply returned. Can anyone put light on it ? if thats the case, I am already done with all my paper collection except the original birth certificate.
Please provide assistance If i need the copy of my orginal birth cert. Then I need to get it issue from India.

No submitted the certificate of birth issue by Indian consulate at toronto...

ohh ok. I just only have certificate of birth issued by General cosulate of India, Toronto some CIO accepts it and some doesn't. So that is what hindering me right and making me worried. I do not have orginal birth certificate, I think I gotta get issue from India.

Hey,

Certificate of Date of Birth issued by CGI is not accepted by CIC as the evidence of Date of Birth. Make and submit an Affidavit through a Notary in Canada if you do not have a Birth Certificate.

If you are from India, they accept Educational certificate where DOB is mentioned.
