What does "in process" mean? The file was sent to local office? Or it was received by local office and opened by an officer?

they send via electronically to your nearest CIC office and that status remains for 70-90 days and you get test and interview or get notice of demanding further documents if something is missing like travels.

hey buddy, I am in the same boat app received October 16 no AOR. I remember you from outland sponsorship thead. I have a question if you dont mind please.
Can we check and see status of two applications at the same time via Ecas online service using UCI? One sponsorship application for which i can see status online already and for citizenship application once i get AOR i hope soon.

Hi, I have a question regarding the information to be filled out on the main application form (Q9.c). I was on had applied for a visitor permit to extend my stay in Canada and then went to Kuwait (home country) for vacation for 2 months. I applied for a visitor visa and came back to Canada. For this question "During your eligibility period did you live outside of Canada?", my answer should be "Yes", isn't it?

Once I select option "Yes", I noticed that it says the following:
If you checked YES please complete and submit the Residence Outside of Canada form (CIT 0177) with your completed application, along with your print out of the Physical Presence Calculator.

The form, does not seem applicable to me so should I still fill just my name and date of birth and submit it along with my application or should I not submit that form with the application?

As per my understanding during your vacation time for tht 2 months if u dont hv any status of canada so u hv to mention it as an address in Q10A but not in Q9c.but u hv to declare in physical presence calculator ...

To people who’s Applications are delivered on 13 October
We have been seeing that CIC is sending AORs to application that have been received after 13 of October. Instead of individually following our cases I suggest that all of us need to call CIC next week together and Enquire why we have not been sent AOR while applications delivered weeks after ours receive AOR. If we all call CIC at once, next week, I am sure they will take action. Any suggestions and do you know any specific number that we all should call?
