I Provided all the passport pages to CPC by replying the same mail and explaining that I have Visa for 6 months so Stay can't be longer than that. In afternoon, I got a medical request. Now I am confused, Did they accepted my explanation and then issued MR or it is due to parallel process?

I believe it's just a parallel process. My spouse was requested PCC for UAE (stay of 5 1/2 months) at around 945am then got the MR 845pm same day. We did try to get the PCC which took about almost 60 days, but the Police General Headquarters in UAE did not issue the document as stay was less than 6 mos. We mailed to CPC-O the explanation letter and documents we had gathered to get the PCC so as to let them know that we did everything to get it, yet to no avail. I suggest get one as requested. Good luck..

its funny it said 22:00 pm (automated email) but I received at around 7 pm... I guess the system that cic is using needs fixing haha

I don't have a template for that specific case, but you can use the generic template for an email to CPC

that's the one I used when I emailed them re my upfront medicals.
