Guys, after medical is done, do we have to submit anything to CIC nvdo?? Like reciept or anything?? Please let me know..

it should be at the end in notes. I haven't seen any detail regarding interview on my last GCMS notes, so i do not have more idea. i think whoever got interview required in their notes can answer your question properly. thanks.

There is one consent form. When you apply for GCMS , you should come across a link for a consent form.

i would call CIC and ask them personally. usually they issue visa to spouse and children. didn't they ask you to pay landing fees for them when they requested for yours? usually the do and ask to submit passports as well.
