Same with Police certificates and MOF.

MR - Medical examination Request
RPRF - Right of Permanent Residence Fee
PPR - PassPort Request
CoPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence (You get this on the mail after your file is approved and all fees are paid for)

ECAS - Electronic Case Management System (you can check the status of your file online -> https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do )

I had ordered the GCMS notes on Feb 22, but it never reached me even after a month. Requested an update from ATIP two days back and got the response that they had sent a CD on 24th March itself . Now I am concerned whether my address on their records is correct or not. Is there any way to verify that ?

Check your ecas they show your address over there...

Thanks roney & iamroth. Just checked up the address and it doesn't have any error. There was another international parcel also which has not arrived for over a month now. Not sure if it is the delivery person. I guess they send it through Canada post?
