hi everyone...can anyone explain that still cic says that they are processing the file they received between October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013. so how can October applicant get MR now....anyway if it already started then congratulation for the first person and hope everybody will get soon....best of luck....

I'm actually the partner of the applicant (I've been dealing with a lot of the phone calls/whatever paperwork I can). I'm a Canadian, and my common-law partner is from France. Since I didn't need to apply as well, she's a single applicant.
