Your application is at Ottawa, recently I sent email to the Centralized Intake Office, Sydney and they said that I should forward my enquiries to CPP Ottawa, because my application had been sent there for further processing.

The easiest way BY FAR to verify that CEC applications are processed in Ottawa only is to look on the processing timelines page on the CIC website. You'll see for routes such as FSW, that you can see which office around the world takes X amount of time
Click on the CEC option and you'll see 1 processing time for 1 location - Ottawa
As you've all been told by several seniors, CEC is processed in Ottawa. NOT your home country or any other place - if you think about it, this route is for those with experience in working in Canada - we have to provide NOA's etc - would immigration really take time training those around the world in how to understand Canadian paperwork etc? FSW is processed in different regions - to take advantage of lnowledge of local business and education practices.

Can you please help on this. My applciation was received by CIC on 15th OCT 2013, but I did not get any kind of response till date from them. Do any one has any idea on what could have been the reason behind the delay?

I can login to ECAS and can see following info

"1.We received your application for permanent residence on October 15, 2013."

Does this mean that My applciation has been accepted and now it is in the process of further processing?

I was getting headache out of it... but since I need one letter from them to get my PCC from singapore... How would they contact me... I am asking this because I did not receive AOR on my mail id..

CIC will not send you that.

But as per the application, it ask my current address in Canada. But right now i am not in Canada.

Also, please see the below link which clearly says that COC will send me the request letter

I am not able to check my application status in e-cas anymore. Until few days ago I was able to login and the status said that the CIC has received my application.
I hope it is just a technical glitch on the website.
Is anyone facing similar issue in logging on to e-cas?

I just checked my account in ecas and it's still there. try to check it again. it might be just a glitch.

Hi everybody..

Im Xarm, from Philippines. A graduate of college degree( bachelor of science in Nursing).
i am a registered nurse(RN) here in my own country. i work as a volunteer nurse for 7months in a public hospital. Here is my situation, please read and help me..

my aunt, together with her husband are citizens in Canada and they are my employer under LiCP.. The mother of her husband is the one i will be taking care of. I have my LMO and contract.. A companion and some light house keeping are my works written in my LMO.

i DID NOT enrolled in 6 months caregiving course. instead, TESDA(accredited office/training center here in the philippines) said that RN can take the NC II(caregiving exam) and should pass it to have a certificate in caregiving.. so i did,and passed.

now, one of the requirement i have read under the LiCP is the COE/certificate of employment. I also read "6months caregiving course, or a twelve month paid experience plus 6 months of continuous work in one employer."

In my LMO, there is NO qualification written in the 'work experience'. And in 'level of education', it says there 'NOT Specified by the employer.'

Back to my problem, about the COE, what is the best remedy i can do for all we know, i am a nurse volunteer,handles different patient in a public hospital. No pay.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASe HELP ME..I don't know what to do. Your help is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. PLEASE.

Are you looking for PCC from Singapore. I thought you want it from India.
In India, you can use form which I mentioned earlier, leave Canadian address blank, also take copy of document checklist with you, which shows PCC is required. Police will give another form to fill out your information. Hope this helps.
