Hi All,

My application was received on Oct 25. Got my MR on April 25, RPRF on April 30, completed my MR on May 6th, Paid my RPRF fee on may 6th as well. Send my RCMP police certificate on May 14.

But, still my application status says We opened your file on May 25.

I am worried, was I suppose to upload something for my MR? I was told that Doctors will forward my Medical Results? Was i suppose to upload something, I see people saying Medical upload 5 days post MR test received? What does that mean?

Please let me know, if I am the only one sailing on this boat?

You don't need to upload anything for your medical. You can call your doctor to check whether/when he/she uploaded your medical results. In the meantime, you can also order GCMS notes to see if there are any detailed notes on your file. Don't worry too much and good luck.

Permanent Residence

We received your application for permanent residence on October 21, 2013.

We started processing your application on April 30, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

You entered Canada at the Coutts office on May 30, 2014 and became a Permanent Resident.

Please everyone don't forget to update our spreadsheet.. ;D

You don't have to upload anything for MR. You can check with the doctor to know the upload date. I am in the same boat, my timeline towards the left. Lets hope for the best...

I would say that paying online is the best way as the payment is almost instantaneous. I filled out the payment receipt form and emailed them a scanned copy. But I see that others have sent the blank receipt also and didn't have any problem. Didn't attach any other form in the email. You can also refer the link below for email template to CPP-Ottawa (courtesy of Toby).

Thank you bullionvault
could you send me the link for the RPRF payment.....

could you send me the link for the RPRF payment.....

· Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant

· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one

· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

· Click “Submit”

· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card.

Hi there,

My wife and I have got PPR on 28 May. However, I am working in Canada and she is in Bangladesh. I have already sent a request to print her visa in the Singapore office, haven't heard back from them yet. Meanwhile, I need to sign a new contract with my office asap as my work permit is expiring next month. I haven't applied for BOWP. Should I send my passport to Ottawa and wait for my wife's passport to get printed in Singapore office? Do we need to submit pp together/at the same time in different visa offices?

I'm afraid that if I submit my passport before the approval of location change for visa stamping or any further instruction for her, she might loose her visa credibility.

Seniors, seeking your valuable advice.

Thanks

Congrats to All the Folks who recieved their PPR ......

Any one (Oct 2013) who applied PR from INDIA got PPR?

Barghav, buddy hold on to it...
I applied from Canada, got my PPR on 23-May but now i am in India so have to process/stamp visa in New Delhi. Sent an request to Ottawa to change the location to New Delhi for stamping on 26-May and still awaiting response... So ideally we both are on the same boat :)

Even after getting PPR i am waiting for another PPR(New Delhi), so in all it makes timelines more or less same...!

Let's see, hope we get our response in this week.

Cheers

Got a mail today morning from CPC Ottawa in response to my MR completed mail to them. It says they have received the medical results for principal applicant but awaiting the results for my spouse. I have responded back attaching the scanned copy of emedical report received from the clinic and asked them whether anything else is pending from my side.

Anyone have any suggestions as to whether something needs to be done or is this just normal. As per the clinic, the results for both of us were uploaded on 12th May.

no worries, you are not due.

My question.
I received my MR, RPRF. Both done, doctor said that Medicals are OK. I received a request for a new PCC which I delivered 10 days later.
On May 28th my ECAS status changed to decision made.

Do you guys think I am waiting for my COPR, or the decision can be a decline as well???

Is it direct "decision made" from "In progress" or "Medical Received" was there for sometime?
