MY Son's OCI status in BLS tracking shows the below. What does it mean and how long will it take from now to receive OCI? Applied on Sept 14th by Walkin Brampton.

They are talking appointment. I went to BLS Brampton today. They were talking people who have booked an appointment first then people who didn't book appointment. I stand in the line for 4 hours and they closed at 2 PM without finishing everyone who was in line. Currently, For OCI - everything is full until Dec 15, 2021.

I would recommend 6:30. Someone went in at 7 and had 20 people in front of them. Don't take any risks. Visit at 6:30. Waiting sucks but at least you'll be done with it before 8:30.

For OCI application,
Can we use black and white print out and then self attest and scan ? Or does it need to be colour scans only ?

Black and white print will work. No color print required.

Just checked the OCI website today and noticed it's "Under Process"
I'm planning to go on Friday @ 6:30 without appointment. Please let me know if anyone wants to join.

But yes, 6:30 or earlier. Even 7 I felt was late. I saw one person happily coming in at 7:30 thinking she's early and then see the line and walk away crestfallen

Hi, I applied for OCI at Brampton BLS on 16 September(applied via Purolator on 10th September which they opened and accepted on 16th). OCI Enquiry page shows Date Of Acknowledgment as 24th September and is also still under process.
