Hey guys, any one who went for walk in, were they charged extra 10 cad per application (for both SC and OCI) under "PC Pack 10-10" fee? What is this? I did not avail any other facility like printout/ photo or premium lounge.

PC is for likely for the OCI booklet.
I do not know how does it look like, since I did not get the charges. But a friend of mine did get that..
In my case they even sent my OCI by courier when I did not even pay for courier charges

If you going in-person BLS fees can be paid with Debit Card/Cash. DD is needed for Consulate fees.
$371+ ICWF Charge : $5 Total: $376
So DD of $376 in favor of "Consulate General of India – Toronto"
