Hi for postal applications, BLS will return the original Canadian passport after verifying it or need to wait until the processing of OCI application from India, any insights please?

When we called the customer care, they were telling us to pay 124$(for pickup and drop-off), that is for each
Luckily my one of my friend sent me this website link for purchasing courier, which is more cheaper (30$ cheaper what call centre was offering).
At the same time they offer free form filling. Please check it out, It will be easy for all the individuals who are suffering, mostly the students.
We all 7 people received the PCC at our place.Basically we purchased 3 pickup and drop off and four separate drop-off.
I hope every get their work done easily.

Only condition they are providing is to buy courier and get free form filling, and providing insurance if the application gets rejected because of the form assistance.
They are providing 1:1 google meeting for the form assistance. Anyone can book the slot as per their timing.
I never write reveiws, but im really happy with the service the people are offering, I dont know but their motive is like to help students, the international students who are working day and night, a 100$ is hard for them, leaving the job and going to BLS, standing in queue and paying again 100$+ for any form mistake/photo/courier.
Just look their courier thing, its easy just need to fill the pickup and dropoff address, and pay the money, a automated message will be arriving at your email address and then the pickup and dropoff label with the pickup instructions.

Does OCI services work on weekends too or should I expect my changes now next week only. technically it's Friday here tomorrow but should be Saturday in India
Where can I get this escalation matrix please?I called BLS this morning at 8am, the customer service lady said, sir neither of your family members OCI is received at BLS. She said since you applied on Dec 28 you have to wait till end of this month to get the status updated.
Post this call I used the escalation matrix (level II) to escalate the issue for each application
And then at 9:15, Purolator knocks at my door with my OCI
When you received OcI? Saturday or Monday?Just checked BLS tracking website and 12 digit Purolator tracking number popped up, so basically main OCI status tracking website is not getting updated after OCI dispatched from New Delhi. You only need to keep on tracking through BLS tracking website once "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping" shows and next day you see 12 digit purolator number there then you will receive an OCI very next business day. Hi, can anyone please explain what exactly goes into an "employment letter" in the OCI process? Can anyone share a sample?
The second question is -this declaration of voter id and ration card surrender, do we upload this along with the other documents in the online portal? or we sign it and submit in person or post along with other docs when we are submitting our file? I plan on going in person at BLS Center.

Thanks for sharing the link. Even i did it. Literally, it was very quick and even i got it in a cheaper price. I live in chester, nova scotia . I was trying to contact call centre but no one asnwered then i got this link from my friend about this. Really guys it’s really helpful
