Great, that’s good to know. When I called the BLS customer support, they told me sending it via them was the only option. Which is your BLS center?

BLS Purolator is too expensive. $120 for two way per application is crazy when I need to send three applications. I will check my local purolator location. Thank you!

Postal applications has to be sent only to BLS Brampton. But again Purolator is their preferred postal company. just to be on safer side send it via them as BLS says they aren't responsible or have access to track if it might be other companies.

I called BLS yesterday same response that it's processing at Consulate.They said processing time is 8 weeks from Acknowledgement.
Hope we get out OCI soon.Keep us poster if any update.Thanks!

It's currently UNDERPROCESS in OCI website with August 3 as date of acknowledgement

DO you see the PROCESSING update on BLS website or is it on the OCI website?
I still see UNDERPROCESS on BLS and NO RECORD FOUND on OCI. Some Customer care agents say its on route to the consulate and some say it already reached consulate last week. SO confused about what to do...

Makes sense. So, you just include a return envelope when sending the application?

Yes you need to get a two way service so that they would send the documents with return prepaid label in their envelope.

I submitted my OCI application (Vancouver walkin) on July 19, 2024 and there has been no acknowledgement yet. On calling BLS, some agents told me its in transit and some said it already reached BLS. I finally emailed consulate and the OCI desk responded within an hour that they have not even received the application!
Any advice... i do not know what they have done with my application and i have lost 3 weeks of time...Thanks

You should go and check with BLS(walkin).
