Today I got the other empty blanks with the two dates. BLS status is still processing at consulate. Looks like won’t receive it until Friday or Monday.

I got "Under process" on the BLS site today but still " no records found" on the OCI status site? does it mean anything or need to wait for the acknowledgment on the OCI site?
Recent postal application? If so a long way to go still. "Under process" at BLS site means nothing much -- they are yet to review your application. It will change to processing at CGI and assign an "Application Date" -- can take 10 days from mailing in for that to happen. From that point about 25+ days to get OCI Ack.
2 applications Purolator tracking says to be delivered on 9th Nov, 3rd Application waiting for BLS to dispatch hopefully by end of this week
Others waiting got it, Did it work for you too?Ottawa is super slow even after Processing. Dispatched date from MEA was Nov 3rd but still its blank on received at Ottawa.
Why will there be a so much gap b/w these when other jurisdictions do everything on same date is beyond this world

I have seen some applicants get all their last 3 line items updated the same day. What does this means for me. As mentioned before i have my flight on Nov 18. Should i be fine with purolator delivery ? or rush to BLS brampton to hold my application for pickup at this point ?

The other two dates may get filled tomorrow. In that case its likely to get delivered on 14th or 15th. Watch the status and decide early next week to try pickup or not.
