Form is the same
Upload the following documents:
- CURRENT PASSPORT: (Child) Canadian Passport, Citizenship and Birth certificate.. (Both parents) Canadian Passport, citizenship certificate as one pdf document
PREVIOUS INDIAN PASSPORT OF SELF: (Child) Indian Passport, Surrender certificate.. (Both parents) Indian Passport, Surrender certificate as one pdf document
- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE: Parents marriage certificate
- although not required but you can upload parents employment letters.

Make sure when you submit the documents to BLS sign off the additional form for NoC and include the photographs on it (the NoC is not required to be uploaded)

Thanks Abbas Bhai, I called BSL for other question and asked this question also. Below are updates.

1. For Minor and parents as you mentioned form is same only documents uploading is different
2. Documents:
   CURRENT PASSPORT: (Child) Canadian Passport,

Indian Origin proof :- Citizenship and Birth certificate of child, child’s canceled Indian PP, Both parents Canceled INDIAN Passport, Both parents Canadian Passport, citizenship certificate of parents as one pdf document.

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE: Parents marriage certificate

although not required but you can upload parents employment letters.

1. As you said about NOC : Make sure when you submit the documents to BLS sign off the additional form for NoC and include the photographs on it (the NoC is not required to be uploaded).
2. DD we can make 1 DD for family for BLS and one DD for consulate (so we save fees of DD )

I am applying for 3 people so 1st DD of 7.40*3 and second DD for consulate 345*3

Can I still possess it under my name or I have to sell/transfer it?

You can keep it if you have an OCI as long as it's not agricultural property

I am planning to apply for OCI next month. I have few questions before I start filing out the forms.

Fees: I will go to BLS Brampton in Person: is “Draft” is mandatory for Consulate? or I can pay for consultant ($345) and other BLS fees + photographs/other cost by Debit/Credit card at BLS Brampton?

Foreign Citizenship Certificate/card (original and copy): they will keep it at BLS or return back ?

Professional Details of the applicant: anyone share the draft (wordings).

Photograph: When I will go for my Indian passport surrender application, I planning to take the photo at BLS Brampton only. My question is that will BLS-Brampton provide additional soft and hard copies of my photos that I can use for OCI application (obviously they will charge for it) ?
Also, I heard that we need to upload the pics and our signature in particular size. Please let me know how its works.

Yeah draft of $345 is must. cannot pay by Debit in the Toronto jurisdiction.
Bring all originals with you at the time of application. Most likely they "may" or "may not keep" Indian passport and surrender certificate
BLS does not provide soft copy. Use the photo you get for surrender and take a pic by your phone.
Once you submit your OCI application in the submit after entering your standard details you will be taken to the photo and signature upload page.
the photo that you will click from your phone use that and sign off on a piece of paper and scan and upload it.

1) during Indian passport surrender stage I should ask for additional Hard copy of the photos?
2) If I take click the pic by my phone do I need to resize it for to meets the Mbs, Size (dimensions of the photo)?
3) same is the case for signature. Is there any specfic size i need to scan it.
4) how about "foreign Citizenship Certificate/card" they will keep it.

I called them and they told me to send an email. I will wait for their reply. BLS India is such a pain as always lol.

Submitted OCI application today at BLS Vancouver.
Had an appointment for 10:15 and was done with all document verification in about 5 mins or so. No issues with the form/photos.
Total: OCI Fee($345) + BLS fee($7) + Courier(~$28)
They said it should be delivered in ~6 weeks.

There is no need of any affidavit.
