Oh wow that's new, BLS has been such a pain
Some of the climaxes during this process:
1. Every person had different updates regarding my OCI status.
2. Some of them told me that I haven't paid for shipment.
3. Few agents told (ARROGENTLY, Indian accent) me that I can pick it myself in Ottawa (I stay in Montreal).
4. Some of them asked me to schedule extra pick up ..(which I did with 50$).
5. Worst: Finally I got call from BLS office saying that they will ship my card on Tuesday. Considering previous experiences, I called them after 2 hours (6:30 pm) to confirm whether it has been shipped or not. Guy on call told me that my card is sitting at Montreal office as there is huge work load at Ottawa BLS office. So, I told him that do not ship it, I will pick it up myself on Wednesday (yesterday). Surprisingly, Wednesday morning I received tracking number from Purolator saying that I will have my card by end of day, which I received yesterday evening.
