Do you see any record on OCI or BLS tracker?

In BLS website tracking - I see "Your OCI application has received at our BLS Surrey Center on 21-02-2025. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing it to IHC/CGI. Please note that this is an auto-generated mail & does not indicate that your application has processed to Indian High commission or Consulate general of India. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing your application to Indian High commission or Consulate general of India. Once your application processed in our BLS center, you will be notified through email service with a unique BLS reference number. The unique number can be use for tracking purpose on BLS website."

In OCI gov website - I see "No Such records found"

And I also see that I am able to reprint my application which means application has not reached CGI vancouver. I should not be able to reprint application if CGI accepts.

I doubt that BLS surrey location has even opened my postal application to verify.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Yes I paid to BLS for purolator shipping.

Calling to customer service is not helping me. Atleast for now. They say we raised an escalation to senior management. Wait for 48 hours for getting update. I called them atleast 6 or 7 times from past 10 days. Only once I got a call saying they are from BLS surrey location. And told the same story that they will look into the issue and update the status. No update after that. It has been like 4 days.

I am running out of ideas and did this level 2 escalation.

Can I go to BLS calgary and ask them to follow up with BLS surrey? Any idea?

Just missed!

I went to BLS Toronto to pick my OCI CARD. Reached there by 3pm and then i see Puralator Van going. i went inside BLS and asked about my OCI. They said it has been dispatched. When i came out of BLS I saw the Puralator van parked. I went and asked the man inside about my OCI. He said he cant do anything and said it will be delivered tomorrow.
