Has anyone tried to pickup someone else's OCI, I know its not allowed, but do they really check.
My partner had to fly urgently to US for work and I am going to pick up OCI tomorrow, can i take my friend along pretending him my partner as i have his ID at home?

With authorization letter I picked for my spouse.
I don't understand how your friend will replace your partner as they check ID before giving the OCI.
