Oath Timeline - test at Ottawa office

congrats for everybody reached the end of the long trip. i am Ottawa's applicant waiting for the test. as you all know Ottawa is really slow. i need to know the soonest time line to 2014's applicants so i know what to expect. for example, who applied in April, May, or June, 2014 from Ottawa and got test or oath?

Here is my time line i applied on December 2013 , after 7 months they send me a letter to write the test , I passed it on July 2014 , it was very easy I've got 20/20, I'm still waiting for oath lettre :'( this is my case .
This is my husband's case , he waited 18 months between his application and test , and one month and half between test and oath ,
I hope you'll get the lettre to write the test soon just make sure you read and understand the book .good luck

I assume 2014 applications will be done faster, more likely applicants who applied in June considering some of the CIC offices already started working according to the new decision making model which was effective on august,so faster process , test/oath same day , Not sure about the Ottawa office since we are all still waiting , but hope your's will be faster!!

Here is my timeline:

Applied Nov, 2013

Received Nov,22,2013

In process Feb,07, 2014

Test Sept,08, 2014

Oath Waiting!!

Not sure if your question was for me or for elen lol but my receive line never disappeared lol it's still there
And i really don't think it means anything if it disappeared or not , i read a lot's of comments about that, idk why some applicants seems to think there is a relation between receive line disappearing and the test date! personally i don't think so !!
I got my test invitation 6 months from processing date and the test itself was 7 months from the processing date
I assume elen1984 had her test like 5 months from processing date !
I believe that Ottawa office is slow more on the oath side not the test

Actually ,i called them one month ago , but I'm not lucky I met an agent didn't help at all just told me I'm in normal passed and she said I have to call when I reach 6 months from test date , now I've been waiting for 4 months without any updates :'(

thanks for replying, i know that some people are waiting for years and i am sorry for that. it is unfair. i am asking about 2014 applicants under the new process. anybody applied 2014 April for example and got the test?

Yeah, same as everyone else from Ottawa office , there is some applicant's passed their test in feb and still waiting.

Waiting for Oath: 4 months and counting...

Looking forward to oath sooner than later. Since its already kind of holidays I don't expect to hear about my next steps until end of January 2015......
