Unfortunately most of the people here are too afraid to raise their voices just because of being afraid of being penalized. Its a damn joke as CIC can get all this info through a click of a mouse. So kids, Just got off from phone and Agent said that my application is approved now it is waiting for the back ground check refresh. Agent assured me that I will hear back from CIC before end of June.

is there any note on your ATIP saying "preliminary review completed? if yes, when was it updated?

I really don't know the date but I think it is Feb... I called last month they told me it was waiting for 2nd approval and it should happen by end of May.
last I order ATIP was last year sometime. I did not order one this year until yesterday and today when i called they gave me this news. Now I am wondering I really don't need one. But once I get it, i will let you know.

did the agent exactly say that your application is approved or citizenship granted? The agent tells me that I'm in queue to be scheduled for oath. but I can't seem to get the agent to tell me that my citizenship is granted or the application approved.

I also asked him where will I get the Oath invite, he said it could be anywhere in GTA - scarbourgh, Missi etc.
