Re : Case Specific Query - Expected Response Time

Can someone please advise what's normal expected response time for "Case Specific Query". I had submitted a query over a month back but never received any response so far. My case is 38 months old which even the CIC acknowledges is not a normal processing time.

Congratulations Farhad, maybe I am wrong, but I remember call center agents told you that you had to meet citizenship judge! If it is correct, I am going to have more hope about my case as well.

I remember sometime back one of the forum reader mentioned that he hired the under mentioned attorney and he charged around $7000.

"Lorne Waldman", Down Town Toronto based attorney and other was "Michael Batista", I'm sure other immigration attorneys too might handles such cases but individuals fees may varies.

I did not use this attorney and do not know anything beyond that. So, I cannot recommend anybody.

However, please do some research and find out some real good immigration attorneys before spending that amount of money.

yah you are right . but remember in ATIP report always you can see judge hearing but they not call to interviw dont worry about it . you can get oath very soon

Personally, I like to take vacation somewhere in south instead of wasting money on lawyers. Chill, you will get citizenship one day .. if not this year may be next.
