Do we need to send this form with application?

If both the parents of the child are on the application then it is not needed. If only one parent is going to Canada then it needs to be completed.

Whether child accompany u or not, u have to include in the application

Visa office will ask u to show POF for 3 members which includes ur child

There was similar case recently.....it is on "6 to month letters" thread

Guy had 3 kids and showed funds for 2 which was not accepted and he need to show POF for 5 members

I have been a keen follower of this thread. I'm a pre-june applicant and yersterday I received an email from LVO confirming that Medical request has been sent to my UK address. The also attached a form for me to complete and in addition requested for more documents....including proof of funds (POF)

Now here is the problem...

The are saying that my previous POF covered only myself (given that I will be the only one travelling...not together with my family-in the time being) but that because I have 4 other dependents the require that I submit a new POF to demostrate that I can look after them...even though that are not travelling with me.
Can guys correct me if I'm wrong...

At the time of our application (I mean Post Feb 2008 to pre-june 2010) was this the case...I thought the minimum fund required was for only for who intended to land at the time of application?

However, I can definitely deposit sufficient funds (up to £15k-minimum requirement for 4 dependents)now into my accoount, but I have to come up with real/genuine reason that I can give to the LVO to agree that the funds are mine not borrowed.

My intention is to say that it is a proceed from sale of one of my assessts...(which in honesty is what I am going to do)....Get money off a very good friend who has always wanted to buy one of my precious land asset in my home country).

Here is the situation , Please answer:

I will have to explain a little bit. I have two credential evaluation done from WES. First done on April 25th,2013 after CIC announced WES as designated agency but documents sent before that time.

They evaluated my report but did not mention anything about if it would be same as the report they are providing for FSW applicants because I had requested course by course evalution. Hence I requested duplicate copy as mentioned on WES site for people like me whose credentialling has been done earlier to send another report as per FSW.

Meanwhile I reserched and found that the report they gererate for FSW is same as the earlier report provided however, I thought I should wait for my new report and then file my papers.

Today I learnt that my second report will be sent today May 6, 2013 ( Wes mentioned earlier that it was sent on May 3, 2013 and now changed this morning) which will reach me in India on Thursday or Friday.

What should I do now :

1) Wait for the new report processed on May 3, 2013 to come and then file my papers I will be late by atleast 4 days. I am in 3142. How soon the quota will finish I dont know?
or
2) File my papers with my report which was given on me April 25, 2012( 6 days after CIC announced) and an explaination that the second report which CIC will see on the their system is same as first report. Although this report is same as second and is done after the date CIC is announced and is an original copy from WES satisfying the creterias of CIC but the difference in date on both reports will be visible.

I am in such a fix. Looking for all the seniors to give their advice.

Mine's expected delivery is on Friday, 10th of May.

As per WES tracking number my report will get delivered tomorrow. Iam ready with all my papers except spouse ielts. I alone getting around 71 points.ielts results will b out on. 10th n it take 13/15 to receive TRF.

Should I wait till then or send my package tomorrow with my spouse hall ticket that already appeared n not intending to claim any points by adding a covering letter.

Or just wait n send. noc 1112

Hey Hookabar,

I remember you had similar issue with WES they first showed my report sent on Friday May 3rd and then today they changed it to May 6th with some no. which is not a tracking no. but it leads to UPS and it says that package yet not received.

Can you explain what happened in your case? Did they send your package late or the day they mentioned earlier?
