I know Islandbabe, that's why everyone is so desperate. The only way out now is to follow the suggestion that WES gave to me. To use the earlier report which I have with me.
Their (WES) contention is that my evaluation(course by course) which was done 7 days after Jason Kenney announced the names of the agencies for immigration is same as FSWP report that is being given now to everyone. I had ordered this report before this decision was made by CIC for WES.
The only difference in the process is that they will allow access to CIC to see that report and the requirement is that the date of the report should be later than the date the agencies are announced. Even though I sent them so many email to change my processing to meet the requirements of FSW report but they just didn't listen and sent me this report. Then I had to make another request for FSW duplicate report that's when I lost my mail and hence this situation arose.
So this brings me to one of my earlier question to you ( Islandbabe and Canadacocoon) if you could verify be seeing your report and matching with the picture beneath if it is same as here or not. Remember WES says there is no difference but before I rely on their suggestion I want to sure about this.
