Ive sent my file on the 14th May, any idea when they give out the Case Id??

Pls advise. and what would be the requirement for my spouse.

Oh, but as per link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp i get 22 points and there is no mention anywhere about saying 7 points mandatory in each ability.

Yes Marta, spouse needs to be at CLB 4 at the minimum. This translates to:

Listening: 4.5
Reading: 3.5
Writing: 4.0
Speaking: 4.0

please read the CIC website clearly.. It doesnt say 7 in each.. please do not spread wrong info in forum...

Please forgiven him, maybe, he was confused on minimum language for FSWP and I think, he was thinking that this is Australian forum which is the minimum IELTS score must be 7.....

Many people don't know the difference between CLB 7 and its equivalency with IELTS points. Maybe that's a problem here.... :-X

We're currently almost complete on dicuments for NOC1112 application but after checking, the cap is nearing 300 now (278 to be exact). We did not anticipate it will fill out this fast! My question is, will we know immediately if we submit by end this week if our application falls beyond the 300 cap?

Sorry Dear, but the CAP 278 for 1112 is also quite old (@ 21st May) and I doubt that till now its filled. but if you have everything ready with you you can send application, as nothing to loose (only courier charges) if application returns. again as per me chances are nil.

Thank you Vats. Just learned yesterday that caps for NOC 1112 had been reached already. I was wondering the likelihood of the next FSW 2014 program to still carry on and include NOC 1112 for next year's application?? I understand from my friend that Nurses used to be in the occupation list, but this year had changed. I just want to plan for contingency and possible alternatives.

It is quite disappointing but a lesson learned for me.
