Hello Fren,
I am looking to apply super visa for my parents and one of the documents I need to submit is an invitation letter. In that letter, I have to provide a few details but one of them being how many total household members there are where I live. So right now, I am living with my uncle's family in Canada, with the total members being 6 (including myself). But I don't have any dependents as such. So what should I write in the invitation letter regarding the number of household members and how do I explain that none of my uncle's family is a "dependent" for me?
Any advice is much appreciated. thx

1. CIC is only interested in your family members/dependents. You don't list your Uncles family, as they are not your dependents.

thanks for the reply. So when IRCC says "list out total household members", I shouldn't include my uncle's family? I was thinking that as they are in the same house, I should include them and mention in the letter of invitation. let me know what you think?

1. I think you are over thinking this. CIC doesn't care how many non dependents live in a house. With no dependents you are only responsible for your parents.

Thanks for all the help. I guess just to add to previous, so I can just say in the invitation letter that "I am living at this address and have no dependents. My parents will be staying with me for the entire time of their stay". Does that sound good? Also, do you think I need to attach some sort of rent or lease agreement or anything to prove my residential status at that particular address?
