Maybe that is the maximum processing times. Hopefully.. there is nothing we can about it just to wait right? I really do wish they can do it faster as I really wanna leave my work or my employer right now so bad.. but I have no choice too but to wait

The processing time increase from 15months to 16 months.Sucks!!! :'(

I would say just gulp it bro and remain silent till you get your pr it's tough but we are all somewhat have good and bad employees my employers are very nice I can't complain but some don't have nice employers and the employers know that this guy will leave after he get some what he needs that's why they sometimes make the experience miserable and bumpy hang in their just think of this as an exam from god.

Thank you, I will try my best. Hopefully everything will be ok.

No, Resfrictional On Employment in my PNP document is NO. But I heard that I must work for the company until I get my pr, but my boss kind of want to fire me. I don't know what to do. if I get fire, is my pr application will be reject? Or I still have chance? Thank you so much

Fight for it. Document everything. Don't give them a reason to terminate you. You should be punctual and have perfect attendance. Do your job well. It happened to me as well. My boss is always threatening me about sending me back to my home country, He doesn't like me, I don't like him either. I documented all his verbal abuse, with time, date and witnesses. Even his physical contact. But I stayed professional and did my best in every task. I sent a complaint about his behavior. I even mentioned about racism and harassment. I was nervous, but I know I don't deserve to be treated that way. Now, he's a little nicer. I am not scared of him because I know my rights and I am doing my job well. One more thing, there is no guarantee that your next employer will be nicer. Just think about it. I'll pray for you my friend! :-)

If there's no restriction on employment, CIC has no right to refuse you if you lost your job.

Can I ask if you meant to say laying you off? or he actually wants to fire you?

Same thing for mycic status. Don't worry about those status changing for now if you're a November/December applicant. If you're close to the 15 or 16 months processing time and those status begins to change, then, you'r close to getting your PPR.

The representative is obligated to disclose everything about your file. Ask them.

Note sure about asking SINP office but you can try
