Submit it once again as requested.
Don't worry even in slight doubt they used to ask to confirm back by asking schedule A.
Y rejection?People use to change & update address till ppr.it's normal...Its just we need to keep CIC updated.

Hi,
Same question again please,

CIC requires me to provide Schedule A again, i have submitted it with following mistake in filling address history, pls see whether it can cause any failure

a. i've lived in a city abc (my most resent place), still it is my current address
b. in previous Schedule A form which i submitted at the time of PNP, the address was different (same city, but difference is building name, flat No.)

in other words, this time i tried to keep Schedule-A as as same as the details in e-APR (becaz, in e-APR also i didn't mention previous address)

actually, i was living in building-A at the time of PNP application, while submitting e-APR i had moved to building-B, and i used the latest address (didn't mention Building-A).

now, when i recently got request of schedule-A, i followed what i mentioned in e-APR. Also, i mentioned below note at the next page (after the last page of schedule A form). Do you think i should CSE, if yes, what reason may i mention over it?

"Please Note: In Previous Schedule A Background form, My UAE (Ajman) address is different than what mentioned in this form. Actually initially i lived at a bed space in Ajman and i might have used that address.
Kindly consider the address which is mentioned in this form as final, i have been living in Ajman at this address for long as permanent address in UAE with my family"

should i breakup my stay in this city in 2 address, mentioning both addresses and then CSE to CIC?

Pls advise.

I think you need to include RCMP record because the reminder email is clear without any exceptions.

I'm afraid I do not think there is any statement related to Canadian PCC.

According to the website - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/canada.asp

The Canadian visa office will tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed.

Also, here - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp

You and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens must provide a valid police certificate for each country other than Canada, in which you have spent six or more months since the age of 18.

Unless the visa office requires you the Canada PCC with clear statement, you definitely do not need to submit it.

Furthermore, my friends who became permanent residents did never submit their Canadian PCC.

Hopefully, someone who received an email clearly asking for Canadian PCC posts the email on this post.

Thx

What you do is very simple, you pick the copy of the schedule A you submitted, what you do is continue from the last date, dont change anytin in the original schedule A, so u just continue to fill it month by months, dont leave any months

Thanks for your reply. That is why i am so worried right now. Because he could still received my medical request might used it against me or hold it.

How will i know if the immigration have sent the medical request? Because I know I wont be able to check it using ECAS.

Link your paper application with MYCIC. You will find the correspondence, if any from VO.

I totally agree with what is told in the post above. More over, I called CIC myself and the agent advised me NOT to send criminal record check or take finger prints unless I was told specifically to do so in my letter, which I was not.
