Yes. I had to wait for a week to receive the email since my credit card was charged.

after changing status from single to married through case specific enquiry. how i could add my husband's details to my PNP application. Do i need to send the documents directly to CIC or they will ask for the documents after the status change. please advise

Hi,

I got my application through Mail. It was returned to me. I received no email from them saying so im the past. It needed an original signature in one of the form.

I have few questions:

Do I re-submit with these papers that was returned?(with checks and highlights, uci number) or generate new ones from the website?
I printed out multiple copies of my application kit, can I use them instead?

You need to pass NEW updated forms, please check their website again to be updated. The once returned are filled with markings and notes, right? pass a new clean package. But my case, I still include those one that has markings, just clip them together and put a small sticky tape saying "old returned papers" I got AOR after 80days of passing the new ones.

Also, I paid my application online. Do i have to pay again and send new official receipt or i can just use the same receipt. (It says on the letter that " your application fee was not processed and was returned to you").

No need to pay it again, just print the receipt (i hope you have kept a copy) and attach it.

Last thing is my Nomination that will expire on March 30, do you think I should apply for an extension?

If you can pass it that fast, after thorough review before 30th, then you are safe.
But I suggest you NOT TO RUSH things, read it carefully and read it again and again, make sure all are well answered and signed. My case I forgot to sign one form, like your case maybe. But like I said, dont' rush my friend. Better be sure this time! As you will be filling up new forms, might forget anything again, so read read, review, review!


If I submit this tomorrow, it will be there by the 18th. Or should I apply for an extension to be safe?

[color=red]As far as I understand, if you will pass it tomorrow using the OLD nomination letter, that is the status that CIC will see on your PNP application date, as long as it reach CIO before march-30, its ok.

Applying for another extension might confuse them if you have passed it already with the old letter attached to it, while another new extension request is on the way.

IF you will not pass it yet to CIO, apply for extension, wait patiently (coz sometime they will reply 1-2months) and pass, then its ok.

Don't confuse yourself with two DATED nomination, and most importantly, don't confuse the CIO, or else they will return your package again.

(THINK CAREFULLY THIS TIME AMIGO, LET'S NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKES, "JUST SAYING" BUT ITS STILL ON YOUR DECISION MAKING AND FINAL JUDGEMENT.) hahaha!

Oh yes! everything is CORRECT... all the details are the same. Except the EP number.

GCMS said, XEP0000000, with X in front. But all the numbers are fine. EVen the VO, they already mentioned there. So I am aware already on which VO will process it.

$25 is worth it! ;D

Actually iam working in uae and according to my current residence i think cic will alott me abudhabi visa office but the problem is that abudhabi visa office does not send file transfer emails so now iam not sure which vo they will give me abudhabi or my native country ndvo?? So for that reason i want to use the same service

Oh yeah, you can do that. they will send you detailed status of your application.
